Frequently Asked Questions

Is the account created in the same way as other products sold so far?

No, Preferred Shares operate on a separate platform from our regular investment products. After signing the agreement, investors will be provided with access to a special dashboard where they can manage their Preferred Shares, monitor dividend payouts, and request liquidation.

How is Real Estate stocks differ from Normal Real Estate investment ?

Real Estate stocks offer investors a higher fixed dividend, priority access to liquidation, and greater security, while Normal Real Estate investment may have variable returns based on profits. Real Estate stocks typically earn higher yeilds and are paid before Normal investors in dividends and liquidation events.

How do Preferred stocks differ from Common stocks?

Preferred stocks offer investors a fixed dividend, priority access to liquidation, and greater security, while common stocks have variable returns based on company profits and come with voting rights. Preferred shareholders do not typically have voting rights but are paid before common shareholders in both dividends and liquidation events.

Is it possible to opt for a contractual period of 12 months from the beginning, or do we only have multiples of 6 months?

Yes, you can opt for a 12-month contractual period or the standard 6-month periods. For those opting for 12 months, the dividend will accumulate and be paid as a lump sum at the end of the year. Alternatively, dividends can be paid twice a year, after 6 and 12 months. The dividend yield remains constant per share for each 6-month period.

Does the lump sum in the context of this type of product refer to the accumulation of shares from the dividend to increase our investment portfolio and/or to the distribution of cash dividends?

The lump sum refers to the distribution of cash dividends accumulated over the selected period. If an investor chooses to receive their dividend once a year, the dividend will accumulate for the 12-month period and be paid at the end of the year. However, investors also have the option to reinvest their dividends into new stocks, effectively increasing their investment portfolio over time.

Can funds from other accounts (with daily withdrawal limits) be transferred to Preferred or Real Estate Stock?

Yes, existing funds from Evergreen Managers accounts with daily withdrawal limits can be transferred into Preferred Shares or Real Estate Stock upon request.
